Our software will also show you which movies you’ve already seen as you browse through our selections. At our store you can rent or buy movies, purchase products and snacks all through one membership card. Previously viewed movies (in original packaging) and other merchandise are available for sale through the same reservation and pickup stations, while snacks, drinks and convenience products can be purchased from our fully integrated vending machine. Rent a movie and buy popcorn or other treats, all with one prepaid card.

We make it simpler and safer to ensure minors cannot access our adult movies or products. Each membership card is designed to store two PIN numbers. The first PIN is for adult use and allows full access to our mature movies and products. The second PIN is for the use of minors and has restricted access to our available products.

This store works on a prepaid membership system. This system eliminates the line at the cash and speeds up the transaction process. 1. Reserve your movies online or slide your membership card through the card reader at any selection (RESERVATION) station.

2. Using the selection buttons select your preferred language and enter your membership PIN

4. Reserve the DVD or game you wish to rent

5. Log out of the reservation station by hitting 0 (the exit button)

6. Go over to the dispensing (pickup/return) station and swipe you card through the card reader. The robot will automatically dispense your reserved movies or games, similar to the way an ATM machine dispenses cash. When taking out more than one product at a time you will be asked to swipe your card through the card reader before each product comes out. This is for you safety to make sure you don’t walk away from the machine before all of your reserved products have come out.

1 Go to the dispensing (pickup/return) station

2 Slide your membership card through the card reader to identify yourself

3 Push the return button

4 Make sure that the DVD case is snapped shut on both corners

5 Put the Case with the DVD or game into the slot with the bar code facing upwards

6 The robot will place the movie back making it available for the next person to rent right away.

7 The automated system calculates how long you had the product out for, and automatically adjusts the balance on your account

You can rent up to 3 movies at a time with regular prepaid accounts. Unlimited rental plans are available with 1-3 movies allowed out at a time.

Our movie rental dispensing systems accept credit cards and cash. Recharging your card can be done at the machines by yourself anytime or with the sales clerk during staffed hours. Debit payments can be made directly to your account when a staff member is at the store. Most stores provide ATM services for your convenience.

Please remember to keep track of your balance and recharge when your balance is low. You need to have enough money on your account to cover the cost of your last rental when you return the product. If you don’t have enough money on your account, you will need to recharge it before returning your movie.

2 You can recharge by credit card at any of the reservation and dispensing stations, or by using the cash (banknote) reader on the dispensing (pickup/return) station.

3 Simply login and choose the type of recharge (cash or credit card). Enter the cash in the bank note reader, or swipe your credit card through the card reader.

When using your credit card you will be asked to confirm the amount to be deposited. The system will process the transaction and tell you it was approved or not. Your account balance is automatically updated when the cash is entered, or the credit card transaction is approved. Rest assured, we use the most secure credit card processing services and your credit card numbers are never stored in our system. All of your personal information is always kept private.
