Warranty:

The product is warranted for a period of 1 year. The warranty covers all failures applicable to defects in computerized systems which have been installed and configured and all mechanical failures

BUSTER24H must be connected to the telephone line to perform diagnosis (Remote technical support management) covered by the terms of this warranty

 

WARRANTY

Under this Warranty the following services will be offered:

Telematic diagnosis of the system (Remote Technical Support management) for isolation of problems and failures.

On-site technical support to be performed by our technician within 24hr. after detection of the problem (**) .

Technical Support covered by the terms of this warranty shall incur no extra costs

This Warranty does not cover any failure of the product which results from:

negligence, misapplication, abuse of the product or unauthorized alteration of the product by the customer or a third party;

acts of vandalism, terrorism, sabotage, theft;

lightning, fire, exposure to water or other liquids;

earthquakes , seastorms, volcanic eruptions.

 

CONTRACTS AVAILABLE FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ( NON ITALIAN CUSTOMERS )

1) "Teleassistenza" 1 year Remote Service Agreement:

Under this contract the following services are provided: 30 hr of access to perform monitoring and diagnosis including 4 software upgrade options

2) "(**) Assistenza in Loco" 1 year On-site Service Agreement:

Under this contract the following services are provided: on-site technical support performed by the authorized personnel on as-needed basis provided that remote management is ineffective. Our maintenance personnel will perform software and hardware servicing of the equipment according to the specified standards and schedules to ensure substantial performance of the equipment for a period of 1 year

3) "Assistenza Kasco" 1 year Comprehensive Service Agreement:

Covers all on-site and remote technical support responsibilities including hardware and software servicing to be performed by the authorized personnel in compliance with the appropriate standards and schedules to ensure substantial performance of the equipment for a period of 1 year.

 

SERVICE AGREEMENT

CLAUSE 1. SERVICE STANDARDS

Services provided under this agreement shall comply with and be governed by:

provisions of this agreement;

Civil code to cover provisions which are not specified in this document provided that it complies with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

 

CLAUSE 2. PERIOD OF CONTRACT AND ITS RENEWAL

This contract shall remain in force for a period of 1 (one) year and shall be effective from ________to________. Unless otherwise agreed, this agreement shall be renewed automatically retaining all its terms and conditions except for the prices which may be subject to change. Either party may terminate this agreement giving a 90 day notice in the form of a notice of termination sent to the other party by registered letter.

 

CLAUSE 3. INVOICING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments shall be effected in advance annually;

Maintenance costs are specified in the price list which is attached to this document and constitutes an integral part of this agreement;

Payments are to be effected as follows:

- in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract of sale (order form)

- payment by bank transfer;

The Customer is solely responsible for downtime of the equipment which results from repair, upgrading, relocation or storage of the equipment; During downtime periods payments shall be effected on a regular basis

All expenses including taxes and fees except for taxes attributable to Buster24 are to be borne by the Customer;

In the event of any delay in payments against the contractual terms the Customer shall pay a penalty at the rate equal to "Prime Rate" ABI indicated in "Il Sole 24 Ore" which shall be increased by 4 (+four) points. (issue date of "Il Sole 24 Ore" to be consulted shall be the same as expiry date for a payment)

 

CLAUSE 4 - MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

As provided by CLAUSE 3 of this agreement Buster24 undertakes to render technical support services according to the specified standards and schedules attached to this agreement to ensure substantial performance of the equipment. Technical assistance will be performed by the technicians and authorized personnel of BUSTER24

This Agreement does not cover any failure of the equipment which results from:

negligence, misapplication, abuse or unauthorized alteration of the product by the customer or a third party;

acts of vandalism, terrorism, sabotage, theft;

lightning, fire, exposure to wetting by water or other liquids;

earthquakes, seastorms, volcanic eruptions

(should the Customer require any service in the above event Buster24 will repair product failures for a fee).
